At DIY Mobile Repair we want to insure you have the best quality parts and receive them in optimal condition. We take several steps to ensure the process from processing your order, packing and shipping that you will receive your replacement screen(s) or repair parts in the same condition as they left our warehouse. In order to give you the confidence of receiving your parts in superior condition we take the following measures:
Step 1: All replacement screens are first wrapped in ESD safe bubble wrap to eliminate the possibility if electro static damage
Step 2: From here your part(s) is wrapped in another layer of bubble wrap packing material for further security of its safe arrival
Step 3: Then your safely wrapped screen(s) is snugly placed into a corrugated box for the utmost protection during the shipping process.
DIY Mobile Repair goes the extra mile in shipping all of our screen replacement orders because we take pride in our mission to offer our customers superior quality parts that will make your repair process as simplified as possible. Our customers should not have to worry about the gamble of shipping such delicate products in a ordinary bubble mailer like most other online distributors.
Not only do we take every necessary step to package and ship our delicate products we also do it in the most timely manner by shipping all orders within 24 hours of processing. DIY Mobile Repair ships all domestic orders using USPS. We offer three shipping options through USPS to insure your order arrives to you in the time you want at a price you aprove. All orders are shipped out using a flat rate - we find this rate to be very fair with no hidden costs. All domestic orders will include a tracking / confirmation number. Please insure you enter the correct shipping address when proceeding to checkout.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country (import fees).
These additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required it can cause delays beyond our carrier’s original delivery estimate. International orders only include a confirmation number which may, or may not be updated throughout transit.
